Week 1
I am surprised by how nervous I am about starting this blog. I love starting new things. As a business consultant, I am always working on new endeavors and new initiatives. As a writer, new project are my life line. Even so, there is a moment when I start something new that I wonder if this time I have gotten myself in over my head. I mean, what if I make a fool of myself? It is big commitment to agree to write something every week. What if I have nothing to say? Uggggg, breathe . . .
My process is to read, then pick a word and meditate upon it.
Verse:
Ephesian 6:19: Pray also for me, that whenever I open my mouth, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel . . .
The work for This Week:
Fearlessly
Fearlessly living requires breathing through those moments when I need courage to jump out and start something new. Breathing is the first step in meditation. And so I breathe in 8 counts and out 8 counts, I breathe deeply, pray, and start . . .
