Day 11
Be strong and courageous. There are eleven instructions in the Old Testament to be strong and courageous. Strength and courage means different things to different people. They have meant different things to me at different points in my own life.
We all have our own measure of what takes strength and what takes courage. Things that are easy for one person prove difficult for another. I like to speak, but I know that some, even most people have to reach to the very depth of their being to stand up in front of a group and speak. Somewhere in the world today one soldier is stepping in front of a bullet, risking death for a friend. It can take amazing courage to take stand or talk about our faith, but people do it every day.

1 Chronicles 28:20 Be strong and courageous, and do the work. Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the LORD God, my God, is with you.

Today I will be strong and have courage. I will be have courage to do what is mine to do.
